Committee of Honour The INTBAU Board is composed of Major financial supporters of INTBAU, the Chair of the Committee of Honour and the Chair of the Management Committee.

The Board's duty is the support and promotion of INTBAU, its objectives, membership and activities.   It sets policy for delegation to the Management Committee; sets the annual budgets and reviews the annual accounts. The Board receives reports and advice from the Committee of Honour and the Management Committee, elects the Chair of the Management Committee, taking full and proper cognisance of advice from that committee.   The Board can also recommend membership of the Committee of Honour and the Management Committee.

The Board's role includes setting policy within the objectives of the Charter and raising finance through donation.   If at any time the self-generated income of INTBAU exceeds the residue of donations and fully funds the operation of INTBAU, the Board will continue to act in an advisory capacity to the Management Committee.
