Cory Babb is an urban and architectural designer. He is a founding member of ADAM Urbanism, the urban design branch of ADAM Architecture set up in 2010 to reflect the significant body of work, range of skills, experience and prominence that the practice has developed in the field of traditional sustainable urban design over the past 20 years. Cory has extensive experience producing masterplans for new neighbourhoods, urban extensions and infill projects across England. He is also involved in producing design codes that can be objectively administered without dictating architectural style.
Cory joined the practice in January 2008 and became an Associate in 2013. He trained at Judson University in Chicago, Illinois, where he received academic honours for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. Prior to joining ADAM Urbanism, Cory developed traditional neighbourhood masterplans and produced schematic architecture at Duany Plater-Zyberk & Co. in the US, a founding firms in the New Urbanism movement.
