This publication is intended for individuals and institutions interested in traditional building, architecture, and urbanism. It features articles on the theory and practice of these disciplines, aiming to promote the creation of buildings and spaces that respect local culture, tradition, and the environment. It also seeks to enhance understanding and appreciation of traditional building cultures worldwide, fostering their preservation and continuity.
Additionally, the call for submissions for all sections of the next issue is open until 30 March 2025. Submitted proposals may qualify for publication in the journal and, if deemed appropriate by the organising team, for the author’s participation in the Sixth International Conference on Traditional Building, Architecture and Urbanism.
Free copies of the last four issues (except issue 1, currently out of stock) are available. To request a hard copy, please contact the editorial team at traditionalarchitecturejournal@gmail.com.
